There’s been some serious hype in the beauty blogger community around this shiny new arrival. This is the Esteé Lauder by Kendall Jenner lipstick in the shade Restless. Esteé Lauder say it’s “part poppy, part orange, all matte” and it sure is beautiful!
I’d describe this as a lovely wearable matte neon orange lipstick – something that is best with glowing skin, and minimalist on the eyes, to get the full impact of the colour. I doubt theres anything you could do to dull down this colour though, but why would you?
The packaging is limited edition, just like the lipstick, and comes in a beautiful matte navy blue square casing. It’s a bit bulkier than their other lipsticks but that makes it look a bit more luxurious. And as I type luxury I remember that it’s magnetised, which creates that happy click, and boy is it satisfying!
Obviously because its somewhat Kardashian related and the fancy packaging it comes with a no-play price tag of R345, which made me flinch a bit as I clicked ‘check out’. It’s only available online in South Africa, and there may still be some available so if you’re into this sort of shade get yo ass to their site.
