Clinique Moisture Surge Range – The Key To Glowing Skin

It’s no secret that my lazy girl approach to good makeup is great skincare.  In my opinion, the one thing that makes a difference to makeup is skincare.  You can’t fake good skin – you can cover up and wear the highest coverage but that doesn’t make your skin any better.  I’ve found a skincare range that gives me beautifully glowing skin, even in winter.

Clinique Moisture Surge Face Mist (R395.00):  I love a good face mist! It refreshes your skin, helps to prep for makeup and  can be a great refresher on warm Summer days (we haven’t seen many of those recently but it will come in handy soon).  Don’t get me wrong a face mist sends one hell of a jolt to your senses early in the morning or on cold evenings but I suck it up for the benefits.  On the few warm days we’ve had this winter I sprayed this over makeup to refresh my skin and keep things looking good.

Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief (R435.00):  This is beautifully lightweight so it sinks in really quickly and somehow still leaves my skin feeling hydrated the whole day.  I usually develop dry patches on the tops of my cheeks during winter and those just haven’t come this year and I’ll say my thanks to this product for that.  I use this morning & evening after one of the Skin Ceuticals serums.  I feel like these products have done a great job of changing my skins texture – it feels softer and less tight post cleansing routine.
