Winged liner is just one of those things I think most of us have quit at trying to perfect because we’ve just gotten it wrong too many times. I was in that boat until about a week ago and really thought that I just couldn’t do winged liner. I am happy to tell you that I think I’m getting the knack of it.
It took several failed attempts, trying many different products and literally just walking about of the door with no makeup on instead of struggling. I’m happy to say that those days are over and I’m so excited to show you guys how I do my winged liner. It’s also not super complicated, its very straight-forward and perfect for beginners.
PRODUCTS MENTIONED:
- Ingot AMC #77 Gel liner
- Any slim angled brush you have
Let me know how you get on & remember that this shape may not work for every eye shape and you’ll just need to try a few different ways if this doesn’t look good. Like I say in the video, it just takes practice – take a few minutes to try it and if you get it wrong, try again!
Here’s to many more happy winged liner days!

My problem is getting the damn wings to match! Sisters not twins, I know but the frustration is real! I’m totally convinced I need to pick up the Inglot gel liner now! It’s been on my wishlist for awhile but this was the push.
