Let me start this by saying, I’m no naked chef in the kitchen and I have no special dicing skills, so this is a recipe for everyone. This was the first time I had made a real Sunday lunch, with no help, besides trusty old Jamie. Trust me, this recipe is a winner, its fail proof. We had my dad over, and he has not stopped raving about lunch, so if you’re inviting the in-laws over or just generally trying to show off you fancy pants cooking skill, this is it!
Maybe change things up a bit and make your mum a special lunch for Mother’s Day.
