Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide

As you can probably tell by the title, this is about Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, which you have probably seen pop up, well everywhere! I’ve probably spent over two weeks stalking the transformation pictures on Instagram and reading over everything on her site, to make sure this wasn’t another one of those “Oh that’s definitely anther person in the thin picture” or “don’t eat anything at all and then when you feel like you’re about to pass out, eat a cube of cheese” kind of diet.  I’m not in for that!

Having read everything and seeing these crazy pictures and life changing stories from women all over the world, I decided to get my sisters and mom on board with me.  And let be honest, when you see these pictures you immediately want t0 sign up for whatever those women are taking/doing.  I’m not a jump in, ask question later kind of person so trust me when I say I have researched this back to front.  And I’m IN!

100% in.  I say this here because I know myself.  If I don’t tell someone or in this case, many someones, I may not feel accountable enough! So here I am, saying that you can ask me if I have done the workouts or if I’m sticking to the eating plan.  Today was the first workout day, and boy did it whip my butt.  Literally.  This is not a get ‘get rich quick’ thing, or in this case, get healthy quick, you work flipping hard for the body!

I’m feeling the burn, but loving the energy and excitement I feel being active again!  Here’s to the next 12 weeks!
