Skin Creamery GIVEAWAY

You guys must know by now that I’ve been on a big skincare buzz recently and even more so local skincare.  I wrote a few posts about brands I love and why you should buy their products as well as a video on my morning & evening skincare routine using only local skincare brands.  If you read my post on the Skin Creamery you will already know my love for the brand and their beautiful new products.

About 2 weeks ago I attended the launch for the new Skin Creamery products, but I was luckily able to test these before hand.  If you want to read a bit more about these products and why I love them pop on over to this blog post with some tea and have a good ol’ read.

For now I’ll explain the basics so you know what you could win in the giveaway.

Skin Creamery Facial Cleansing Powder is best described as a light cleansing exfoliator.  It’s light enough to use on sensitive skin and doesn’t leave your skin feeling scrubbed to death.  It comes in a powder form and when mixed with water it turns into a lovely creamy paste which you rub all over your face, except the eye area.  It has a spa-like rose geranium scent which just takes me to relaxation central.

Skin Creamery Facial Hydrating Oil is a real treat and something quite different to other facial oils and serums I’ve used.  It’s different because it too, like it’s counterpart needs to be mixed with water for the best application.  Adding the water to the oil means that the product is absorbed better instead of sitting on top of the skin.  This product would work for any skin type but would be particularly great for people with oily skin who think they can’t use serums.  This is a lovely product to dip your toe into the pool that is facial oils & serums.

This combination has been an absolute treat for my skin.  I’m not a fan of abrasive scrubs for my face and  cleansing powder has a lovely light texture.  I’ve been using this combination in the mornings and I really do look forward to my morning cleanse now.
